Handling a probate sale? We make it simple.
If you're the executor or administrator of an estate and need to sell a property, we'll work directly with you on a straightforward, as-is sale, without adding repairs or showings on top of everything else you're managing.
What we understand about probate sales
Probate properties are often older, sometimes need real work, and almost always come with a timeline set by the court process, not a typical listing calendar. We've worked with executors and administrators who need a clean, direct transaction rather than a long back-and-forth.
What we need from you
Generally, we'll want to understand where the estate stands in the probate process, whether the court has authorized a sale, and who has signing authority. If you're not sure of the status, that's fine; we'll walk through the questions with you.
What we don't do
We're not a law firm and don't give legal advice on the probate process itself. For questions about opening probate, authority to sell, or distributing proceeds, we'll point you toward a probate attorney. What we can do is make the property side of the transaction as simple as possible once that groundwork is in place.
Tell us about
your property.
Tell us about the property and where things stand with the estate. Requesting a review is free and does not obligate the estate to sell.
